Shipments

Our shipments are all tracked and are delivered by BRT courier.

When the order is processed, you will receive an e-mail from BRT as they take charge of the shipment with the tracking number in order to follow your package, starting from the same evening.

Orders are normally processed within 1/2 business days, but no later than 5 business days.

If you buy for a gift and need to receive it by a certain date, we recommend that you be ahead of time and buy on time.

  • United Kingdom, Switzerland, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Canary Islands, Faroe Islands, Jersey, Kosovo: €15.00 (free for a minimum order of €200)
  • Canada, United States, Brazil, Argentina, Venezuela, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, Mexico: €20.00 (free for a minimum order of €150)
  • Other countries: shipping costs range from €30 to €35, depending on region

Right of withdrawal

All purchases made by private individuals from Keep Out are covered by the right of withdrawal, which gives the possibility to return, for any reason, the purchased product and to obtain a refund of the sum paid within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods. Within 14 days, the goods received shall be returned. They must be in perfect condition and must not have been used. The only charges required are shipping charges.

Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to products received more than 14 days (in which case the return of the goods will be refused). To exercise the right of withdrawal, the returned product must be in perfect condition, undamaged and unused. We invite you to read the “Terms and conditions”.

 

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

Just let us know, within 14 days of delivery of the goods, that you wish to withdraw from the purchase by sending an email to info@keepoutbracelets.com, indicating the products for which you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Within the same period, the goods must be shipped using a courier of your choice: place the goods in their original packaging, complete with all their parts and carefully packed. The package must include all documents received. We recommend that you insure your shipment against theft and damage from transport: if the returned product has not been insured, in the event of damage or loss during transport, we reserve the right to charge for any damage incurred and deduct it from the refundable amount.

Upon receipt of the goods, we will refund the cost of the goods shipped within 3 working days, excluding the cost of shipping the product.

Regardless of the payment method used at the time of purchase, the refund will be by bank transfer, so please provide us with your bank details.

Payment must be made within 7 working days of receipt of order, otherwise the order will be automatically cancelled.

– ScalaPay. If you buy with Scalapay, you receive your order now and pay in 3 instalments. You acknowledge that the instalments will be transferred to Incremento SPV S.r.l., to related parties and their assignees, and that you authorize such transfer.

– Use of vouchers. To use the voucher codes, you must be registered at the portal.
